I need clarification on two matters:
1. I’m travelling to Malaysia on an SEV with an approved eVAL for my studies. I have a one-way ticket and will be staying long-term. What departure date should I enter on the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)?
2. I have already submitted my arrival details on the EMGS portal, but the status still shows “Pending Verification.” I contacted your team approximately 20 hours ago, and the officer confirmed that my arrival details had been verified. However, the status has still not changed.
Could you please check and confirm the verification status and advise me on the MDAC departure date?
