I appreciate helping in this urgent issue.
I had received the eVAL and submitted my passport to the Consulate General of Malaysia to process the SEV.
However, the process was not completed due to a tear in the edge of one of the pages of my passport, which made it to be considered unusable.
I was asked to renew my passport, which means the new one will come with a different number and date.
On the other hand, I hold a second nationality and a valid passport; can I use it? What options do I have?
Please note that I have already booked my flight as requested to proceed with the SEV and registered for the current semester.
