Dear EMGS and IIUM Visa Unit,

Assalamu’alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

My name is Alya Khoirunisa, Passport No. X8148749. I am writing to respectfully request your kind assistance in expediting the processing of my eVAL application.

My classes at IIUM have already commenced on 28 September 2026, and I am becoming increasingly concerned that I may not be able to enter Malaysia and attend my classes on time. I am particularly worried about falling behind in my studies due to the delay.

Previously, I was asked to resubmit my photograph because the photo I submitted was considered not to match the required verification. As a result, I have submitted my photograph more than three times. Unfortunately, during this process, I noticed that the progress of my eVAL application has not increased, which has further delayed my application.

I would also like to explain that I was unable to apply for my visa earlier in July because my high school diploma/certificate had not yet been issued by my school. This was beyond my control and unfortunately caused an additional delay in my visa application process.

At this point, I am genuinely worried about missing more classes and falling behind academically. In addition to attending my regular classes, I am also required to take the English Placement Test (EPT) and Arabic Placement Test (APT) at IIUM. Therefore, I need to arrive at IIUM as soon as possible in order to catch up with the academic schedule and complete the required language tests.

I sincerely and humbly request EMGS and the IIUM Visa Unit to kindly assist in expediting the processing of my eVAL application, if possible. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance that could help me obtain my eVAL as soon as possible.
