I am writing to kindly inquire about the current status of my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application. According to the EMGS portal, my application processing status is currently at 32%, and I am able to download the EMGS approval letter. However, the following remark is still displayed:
“We are in the process of submitting your student pass application for approval.”
As I am required to complete my registration at the university before 14 October, I am concerned about whether I will be able to receive my VAL in time.
Could you please let me know whether it would be possible to obtain my VAL before 7 October? I would also be grateful if you could clarify the reason for the delay and advise whether any further action or documents are required from my side to expedite the process.
I would highly appreciate your assistance, as the VAL is essential for me to proceed with my registration and travel arrangements.
