Subject: Urgent: No Update on Student Visa Application Since 17 September – Classes and Orientation Missed

Dear EMGS,

I am writing to request an urgent update regarding my student visa application, as there has been no progress or update on my application since 17 September 2026.

My application has remained at 50% since 17 September 2026, and I have not received any further updates regarding its status.

This delay is seriously affecting my studies. My semester has already started, and I have missed a significant number of classes and the university orientation programme because I am unable to proceed with my studies without the necessary visa approval.

I have also contacted my university regarding this matter. I would greatly appreciate it if EMGS could check the current status of my application and advise whether any further action or documents are required from my side.

I would be grateful for an urgent update, as every additional delay is causing me to miss more classes and academic activities.
