I am writing to kindly follow up regarding my eVAL photo correction. The university is currently facing an issue uploading my new photograph to the EMGS system.
Could you please guide us on any alternative way to submit or update the correct photo so that this issue can be resolved?
I sincerely hope I will not miss this valuable opportunity to study in Malaysia due to this technical issue. My new photograph is attached below for your reference.
