Dear EMGS Officer,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to kindly follow up regarding my eVAL photo correction. The university is currently facing an issue uploading my new photograph to the EMGS system.

Could you please guide us on any alternative way to submit or update the correct photo so that this issue can be resolved?

I sincerely hope I will not miss this valuable opportunity to study in Malaysia due to this technical issue. My new photograph is attached below for your reference.

I would be very grateful for your kind assistance and guidance.

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that the institution is require to apply for the eVAL correction in the EMGS system. Once received the application, we will submit to the Immigration to process accordingly.
