Thank you very much for your reply and for offering your assistance.
I would like to ask for your guidance regarding a serious issue with the school where I was enrolled. The school misled and deceived me, as well as other students, by taking tuition fees without providing the education and services that were promised. When we requested a refund, the school refused to return our money.
I recently found out that the school is still operating, which is why I would like to officially report this matter and find out whether the school can be investigated by the appropriate authorities.
Unfortunately, I am not the only student affected by this situation. Other students have also experienced similar problems with the school. I am concerned that other students may face the same situation in the future.
I understand that I may not be able to recover the money I paid, but I would still like to officially submit a complaint and ask for guidance on the appropriate procedure and authority to report this matter to.
Could you please advise me where and how I can file an official complaint regarding this school?
