Dear EMGS officer,
I am writing to follow up regarding my EMGS application, which has been stuck at 15% for more than two weeks.
I was informed that the issue was due to an existing application. However, my previous EMGS application was for my Foundation programme and was completed long ago. My current application is a new application for my Bachelor’s programme at University of Malaya-Wales.
I contacted my university, and they informed me that they have already contacted EMGS and provided the necessary requirements. I was told that EMGS replied that my application would be resumed, but it has now been more than two weeks and there has been no progress.
Could you please clarify why my application has not yet resumed and when I can expect it to move forward?
My classes start on 6 October, and I need to arrange my flight and other travel plans. Waiting until the last minute could make flights significantly more expensive and difficult to book.
I would really appreciate an urgent and clear update on my application.
