I have submitted my passport for Visa Renewal and it’s currently at 80%. I urgently need my passport to apply for another visa other wise it will cause me immense problems. I request EMGS to urgently deliver my passport with the renewed student visa to my university. Due to some personal circumstances, it is extremely important I apply for this visa and fly out of the country for a temporary duration. Without my passport, I cannot apply.

    Hi,

Kindly be informed that we received your passport on the 26th August 2026 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    Have a nice day.

Yes, I understand that. Thank you for reply. However, I urgently need my passport due to a personal issue. I need to apply for a visa but without my passport, I cannot attach the necessary documents- such as my renewed Student Pass for Malaysia which is still under process. It’s important that I submit my visa application this week so if you could expedite the process or prioritize the decision, I would very much appreciate it.
      Thank you
