‎​I am writing to request your urgent guidance regarding my student visa application process.
‎​I have already paid the Special Pass fee, and my Special Pass is now ready. Previously, my EMGS application progress status reached 100%. However, I noticed that the status indicator has recently changed back to Yellow.
‎​Could you please check my application file and clarify why the status reverted to yellow, and confirm if my visa application / endorsement process has been submitted to the Immigration Department?
