Hello, I am an international PhD applicant from Uzbekistan at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). My visa application has been submitted to EMGS since 19 August 2026 and now 15 %.
My intake is approaching, with reception on 26 September and the last registration date on 30 September 2026. Could you please advise if my application can be expedited or if there is anything I can do from my side to speed up the process? I am very concerned about missing the start of my PhD studies.
