Dear EMGS,
I am writing to kindly request an urgent update regarding my student visa/eVAL application.
My documents were sent to the Malaysian Immigration Department for processing on 11 August, and my application is still showing 35% on the EMGS portal. I have not yet received my eVAL.
I have a flight booked for 21 August, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about whether I will be able to travel as planned. I would be very grateful if you could please check the current status of my application and advise whether there is anything that can be done to expedite the process, if possible.
My passport number is ZP126334.

  Hi,
  
  Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 11th August 2026. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

    Dear EMGS,
    Today is the 9th working day and I am still worried, because my program started on the 15th of August, so I just wanted to ask if you are aware of how much longer it will take to be released or it is all up to immigration. If possible may you please expedite mine for I have already missed one week of classes and INTI gave me a deadline of 27th August to report to school. Your assistance would be very much appreciated.
