Dear EMGS,
I am writing to kindly request an urgent update regarding my student visa/eVAL application.
My documents were sent to the Malaysian Immigration Department for processing on 11 August, and my application is still showing 35% on the EMGS portal. I have not yet received my eVAL.
I have a flight booked for 21 August, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about whether I will be able to travel as planned. I would be very grateful if you could please check the current status of my application and advise whether there is anything that can be done to expedite the process, if possible.
