Hello team EMGS. My previous visa was rejected which i applied while being inside malaysia, then ive exited and submitted my exit stamp. Around 26-28th july my submission new submission was submitted, additional documents was required after 45% of processing, which my institution later on submitted as a hard copy by going to the emgs office physically at 10 august. Yet my application hasn’t moved from 45% at all till now. Can you look into my application?

    But my status shows it’s being processed, and the colour is green. On august 10 my institution already submitted the additional documents that were listed
