Greetings, i hope this email finds you well. My name is Abdullah Khair allah Rabia UTM PhD student as illustrated in attached docs. My passport number JN9989182, my contact number #########4 I am suffering from a serious issue regarding student visa issuing time, according to my flight details from Kuala Lumpur to Muscat on 26 AUGUST i am not sure If am I going to receive my passport in a correct time. Because i have concerned about that i find it necessary to contact you once I submit my passport to UTM international office in Johor which took place on 14 of August because I received an email from them on 13 of August, they told me i need to keep in touch with EMGS . Part of that the UTM international office told me they will send passport to EMGS BY 17 of AUGUST. Further to mention i arrived at Johor on 27 July and started my registration on 28 of July. A visit to your office will follow. Please find the attached documents. guidance from you will be appreciated Kind regards.

  Your application is currently at the stage where additional documents have been received. We understand your concern regarding the timing of your passport return in relation to your travel plans.
  
  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. Your institution will arrange for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office once EMGS issued a supporting letter. We recommend staying in contact with your institution, as they will be notified once your passport with the student pass is ready for collection.
