Hi EMGS, I would like to kindly follow up regarding my VAL appeal. It has now been 12 working days since the appeal was submitted to Immigration.

I have already contacted my institution regarding the appeal, but the status remains unchanged. As my programme is scheduled to commence in September, may I kindly ask if there is any way to check whether there has been any progress on the appeal, or if there is anything further required from my side at this stage?

  Your application for eVAL appeal has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 3rd August 2026. We will highlight your application to request for expedite the process. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notify accordingly.
