Regarding my Health Declaration Form, I mistakenly selected the wrong options when completing the form. You informed me about the issue, and I corrected the form and sent the revised version to you by email.
In your email, you mentioned that I should submit the corrected form. However, I could not find any option to upload a new Health Declaration Form in the “Track My Application” section.
Could you please confirm whether sending the corrected form by email is sufficient, or if I need to submit it through another method?
