Today my application sent me this notification saying my academic transcripts are not clear
Now should I make the correction on my behalf or the institute will handle the issue as per stated “ the institute or student “
And if I am the one to make the correction then how so
Can anyone please clarify me on this.

  Hi Sanim,
  
  Students will be able to upload additional documents for their applications directly via the EMGS Visa website. Students may access this feature by logging in to the EMGS Visa website → Student Visa → “Track My Application” → Search Application (using their Passport Number and Nationality). Students will be able to view all application issues but can only upload additional documents for issues with the “Respond” button. Upon clicking respond, the student will view the page below to upload the required document.

    Thanks for your valuable time!
    In the issues section I did not find any respond button so I directly created a ticket to my institute ( Monash Malaysia) and made them aware of the situation and attached the corrected clear academic documents file with that
    I hope they will further reupload the unaccepted file in my visa application
