Dear EMGS Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
My name is JOY SAJEEB WAZED, and my application number is ######### (Passport Number: A15800099).
My application status on the EMGS app has been showing 90% (“EMGS has submitted your passport to the Immigration Department of Malaysia”) for quite a few weeks since August.
Could you please kindly check the current progress with the Immigration Department and let me know if any further action or documents are required from my side to complete the student pass process?

  Hi Sajeeb Wazed Joy,
  
  Your student visa renewal application is currently at the stage where your passport has been submitted to Immigration for sticker endorsement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on the 03rd of August 2026. Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
