Dear EMGS Officer,

I am a Bangladeshi student currently studying at UTM and I have completed my UTM Foundation in Physical Science. I have now received an offer for the Bachelor of Business Administration (International Business) at UTM.

My offer letter states that the offer is subject to IELTS/TOEFL results and mentions the IEP option if I cannot submit IELTS/TOEFL. However, UTM’s English language requirement states that candidates who have completed a UTM Foundation programme in Malaysia are exempted from the English language requirement.

Could you please confirm whether I am exempted from the IELTS/TOEFL requirement and therefore do not need to attend IEP/CIEP before starting my Bachelor’s programme?
