Hi, my Graduate Pass application (E#########) has been stuck at 15% for over a month showing “Pending additional document from institution”. All my personal documents have been submitted and closed:
– Sponsor Payslip: Closed (07/08 & 10/08)
– Immigration Form: Closed (30/07, Case: 3022757)

My Student Pass expires in 2 days. Please clarify what exactly my institution needs to do, or proceed with review if my documents are complete. I am at immediate risk of illegal overstaying. Please assist urgently. Thank you.
