Dear EMGS Team,

I understand that there is no fixed timeline for a VAL appeal, but could you kindly give me a rough indication of how long the appeal process usually takes? My appeal has already been submitted to Immigration, and I need to plan and book my flight to Malaysia, so any guidance on the expected timeframe would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

  Unfortunately, we do not have specific information regarding your appeal status at this time. As you mentioned, there is no fixed timeline for a VAL appeal process. We recommend that you remain in contact with your institution for updates on your appeal status. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information regarding your application.

    I have already contacted my institution regarding the appeal, but the status remains unchanged. As my programme is scheduled to commence in September, may I kindly ask if there is any way to check whether there has been any progress on the appeal, or if there is anything further required from my side at this stage?
