Dear officers,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my student pass renewal application. My application progress has been stuck at 90% since 9 July 2026, and it has now been almost one month without any updates or progress.My passport number is EK4030360.
I am becoming increasingly worried because I have not received any updates about the delay. Unfortunately, I do not know how to contact the State Immigration Department directly, and my university has not been able to provide any assistance regarding this matter. I sincerely hope you could kindly help me check the status of my application or advise me on what I should do next.

  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, we advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
