I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my student pass renewal application. My application progress has been stuck at 90% since 9 July 2026, and it has now been almost one month without any updates or progress.My passport number is EK4030360.
I am becoming increasingly worried because I have not received any updates about the delay. Unfortunately, I do not know how to contact the State Immigration Department directly, and my university has not been able to provide any assistance regarding this matter. I sincerely hope you could kindly help me check the status of my application or advise me on what I should do next.
