Dear EMGS Officer,

I sincerely ask for your kind understanding and assistance.

I cannot express how frustrated, worried, and emotionally exhausted I feel. I have already been studying in Malaysia, yet my application continues to face repeated delays. I truly do not understand why this keeps happening.

I have done everything within my power to provide all the documents I could obtain and have fully cooperated with every request. Each new pending status causes me more stress and uncertainty. This ongoing situation is seriously affecting my peace of mind, and I feel helpless because I have no control over the delays.

I respectfully and sincerely request your kind help in resolving my application as soon as possible. It would mean so much to me if you could review my case and assist me in moving it forward.

Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and support. I truly appreciate your help.
