I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to kindly request an update on the status of my application.

The university informed me that they would be submitting the additional documents you requested within a couple of days. However, I have not yet received any confirmation regarding whether the documents have been submitted.

Could you please let me know if you have received the required documents and provide me with an update on the progress of my application?

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of additional document from institution. As such, kindly liaise with the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to resume the process.
