Dear EMGS Officer,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to kindly ask for your assistance. My application has been placed on pending status many times, and I am feeling very frustrated. I have already submitted all the documents that I could obtain, but the issue is still not resolved.

I sincerely request your help in reviewing my application and advising me on what I should do to proceed. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi,
  
  Kindly be informed that the academic results submitted to EMGS are examination slip results. As such, the institution is require to confirm whether EMGS should proceed with this application based on the submitted examination slip, or alternatively, submit the official academic result for verification. Kindly liaise with the institution for further checking on this matter.

    Thank you for your reply.
    
    I understand your explanation. However, I am very worried because my application has been pending many times.
    
    I have already contacted my institution several times and requested them to assist with this matter. Unfortunately, I have no control over their internal process.
    
    I kindly request your advice if there is any other way I can help to avoid further delays. I sincerely hope my application can proceed as soon as possible.
