Hello EMGS Team,

I am an international student from Pakistan, and I applied to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) without using an agent.

My EMGS application number is E#########.

I mistakenly selected 36 months as my programme duration in my EMGS application, whereas my USM offer letter states that the correct duration is 24 months. Because of this mistake, my application required correction.

I have already paid the EMGS processing fee for this application.

I would like to ask:

1. Should I continue with my current application, or do I need to submit a new EMGS application?

2. If a new application is required, what will happen to the fee I already paid? Will it be refunded or transferred to the new application?

3. I am also unable to access my EMGS account to make any further payments because I do not have the login credentials. I have already contacted EMGS by email and received a case number. How can I obtain my login details?

My registration at USM is approaching, so I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
