Dear EMGS Office,
I am writing to inquire about the procedure for renewing my student visa. My current visa is about to expire and I would like to ensure that I complete the renewal process as soon as possible.

Could you please advise me on the required documents, the application procedure, and I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any deadlines or special requirements that I should be aware of.

  To renew your student visa, your institution will need to provide the following documents:
  – Passport copy
  – Academic certificates and transcripts
  – Progress report if you are enrolled in a Research Program
  
  Please ensure that you are in Malaysia during the renewal process, as your original passport is required for the endorsement of your Student Pass. For more details, you can refer to the EMGS website at [EMGS Guidelines](https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/required-documents).
