I applied for the MS Physiotherapy program (Application ID: #########). My degree and all required academic documents were duly attested by HEC before I submitted my application.
However, my application was rejected on the grounds that my degree could not be verified through HEC. I had already uploaded my HEC e-attestation certificate along with all the required documents.
After the initial rejection, I submitted an appeal. During the appeal process, the application status remained stuck at 15% for some time, then moved to 20%, but it was rejected again for the same reason.
I would appreciate it if you could explain why my degree could not be verified despite my HEC attestation and e-attestation certificate. If there is any specific issue with my documents or any additional verification required, please let me know so I can resolve it promptly.
