I need a special letter from you to the Malaysian embassy in Dhaka because they do not accept eval.

  Kindly be informed that the eVAL is valid for 6 months. In the event your eVAL has expired, you are require to reapply a new application and obtain a new eVAL. Before proceed to reapply, the institution is require to submit for a cancellation of the eVAL in the EMGS system.
