Dear EMGS Team,

Greetings.

My eVisa application is currently under process, and the eVisa Department has requested an amendment to my eVAL. My eVAL states that I should apply for my Single Entry Visa (SEV) at the Malaysian Embassy in Pakistan, while my eVisa application was referred to the Malaysian Embassy in India.

The deadline to submit the amended document is tomorrow. I previously contacted EMGS and was informed that the required information must come from my institution. However, my institution is currently handling a large number of applications, which may delay the process.

Could you please let me know if it is possible for EMGS to obtain the necessary information for the eVAL amendment directly from me instead?

  We received the VAL correction application from your institution. However, your application is pending for additional documents from the institution which are required to process your application, and a notification has been sent to your institution regarding this. Therefore, kindly refer to the institution for further clarification on this matter.
