I am writing to kindly inquire about the current status of my student pass renewal application. My application has been stuck at 90% for almost five weeks now, and I submitted it on 3rd June.

I understand that the process may take time, but I would like to know if there is any estimated timeline for when it might reach 100%. The reason for my concern is that our university will begin its semester break on 17th July, and if I am unable to return home before then, I would have to wait until December for the next opportunity.
