Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to ask for your help regarding my bachelor’s application. My application reached 15%, and I was then asked to submit a scanned copy of my passport. After I submitted it, the application progressed to 20%. However, it was later rejected with the status “Application Not Supported.”

I have been trying to solve this issue for almost three months, but unfortunately, neither I nor the university has been able to find a solution. This situation has been very stressful and disappointing for me.

Could you please explain why my application was marked as “Application Not Supported”? I would also be grateful if you could let me know what documents, if any, I need to submit and what steps I should take to resolve this issue and continue my application.

I have a strong academic background in science and hold an IELTS B2 certificate. I am a genuine student with a sincere desire to continue my education, so this unexpected rejection has been very discouraging.

I would sincerely appreciate your guidance and support. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

  Kindly be informed that your application was not supported due to previous application was rejected by the Immigration. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further clarification on this matter.

    Please contact the institution directly to get the necessary verification. My previous application had to be canceled and resubmitted solely because the university ran out of available slots, not due to any fault of my own. This entire situation has been incredibly stressful and depressing, especially since international students have no control over institutional capacities.
    When I reached out to the university, they stated that EMGS has not yet emailed them about this issue. They confirmed that they are ready to help as soon as they receive an official inquiry from you. I kindly request that you send an official email to my previous university to clear up this misunderstanding so that my current application can keep moving forward. I am a genuine student and appreciate your urgent support.
