Dear EMGS Team,

My application status is currently at 85% and my passport has already been submitted.

I have upcoming travel and urgently need my passport to be finalized by 30/06/2026.

Could you please assist in expediting the endorsement process with Immigration?

  We understand your urgency regarding the passport endorsement process. Currently, your application status is at the stage where the supporting letter is ready for download. Your institution will liaise directly with the state immigration to obtain your student pass. Your passport will not be submitted to EMGS
  
  As such, we recommend that you refer to your institution for further assistance on the status of your passport.
