I submitted my passport for student visa renewal before the expiry of my visa. It has been about three months, and my EMGS application is currently at 50% progress. However, my college is demanding RM2,000 for a Special Pass and says they will not continue processing my visa if I do not pay. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue and how I can obtain a Special Pass?
