Dear EMGS Support Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing regarding my recent application for a student visa, Application Number: #########. I was previously informed that my application has been officially cancelled, as I intend to clear the current record and submit a fresh application. However, when checking the EMGS portal, the system still displays a red “REJECTED” status rather than reflecting the cancellation. Because of this current system status, I am unable to proceed with a new submission. I have attached a screenshot of my current dashboard portal, #########.png, for your immediate reference.
