Hello EMGS Officer,
I am an institutional admission officer checking the compliance of a Philippine Form SF10-JHS (Learner Permanent Record) for an applicant applying for a Diploma program.
Please advise if EMGS will accept the transcript under these two specific conditions:
Missing Marks Breakdown (Grades 7 to 9): For Grades 7, 8, and 9, the individual subject grades are completely missing (the form just shows a “Final Rating” and “Promoted”). Only Grade 10 has a full breakdown of marks for each subject. Is it mandatory to provide the full subject breakdown for Grades 7 to 9 to qualify for a Diploma program?
Missing Principal Signature: The Grade 10 section is signed by the classroom advisor. However, the institutional Principal’s Signature and the School Seal are completely blank at the bottom. Is an advisor’s signature acceptable on its own, or must the Principal sign and seal the document?
Thank you for your clear guidance!
