I finished & Graduate my Bachelor on april 2026. then I apply for Master’s on may 5th on same University . My Bachelor visa finish will be August 29, which is approx 4 month earlier I apply because of avoid wasting time & smooth transition Bachelor to Master’s . But, Unfortunately My visa was Rejected after 35% . My University check in immigration ,they reply ” I apply too early “. Is it make sence? If I have visa 4 month left, apply in may for September Intake . When should I apply? why Simply Rejected ? where University allow me to Join September intake .
I have 2 Question .
1. Between how many month need to apply if visa is more then 3-4 month, ( like my case )??
2. Between How many week I can appeal ? ( as I know between 1 month need to appeal) ?

  It is recommended to submit your Student Pass application as early as 3 months before the expiry date of your current Student Pass. If your Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL/VAL) has been rejected, you should contact your institution to obtain the reason for the rejection. The institution can then submit an appeal on your behalf if the rejection is not final. There is no stipulated timeframe for the eVAL appeal process, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
