My question is about guidance. I took admission in TAR UMT, and my eVAL and single-entry visa are all approved and everything is okay. However, because my flight tickets got delayed, my intake is being deferred.

My question is: since my intake is being deferred, I want to change my university and take admission in another university for the next September intake. Is this possible? Can I use the same EMGS fee and transfer my admission to another university so that the fees I have already paid do not go to waste?

  If you wish to change your university after your eVAL and Single Entry Visa have been approved, you will need to apply for a new Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) through your new institution.
  
  Regarding the fees, EMGS is unable to transfer payments from one application to another. If you have already made a payment for your current application and wish to submit a new application, a separate payment is required. However, you may submit a refund request for the previous application, subject to EMGS refund terms and conditions.
