Dear EMGS Support,
My application status is currently stuck at 15% (Application Number: #########). I have already submitted all the required additional documents to my institution on May 24th, and sent them again via email. However, they have not yet uploaded them to the portal.
Could you please assist by contacting my institution regarding this delay, or let me know if there is any way I can submit these documents directly to you to avoid further delay?

  Kindly be informed that the notification has been send to the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution to request them submit the additional document required for us to resume the process.
