I am writing in response to the “Required Action” regarding my academic certificate. Please note that I have already provided an official affidavit, duly certified by the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar, which explains that I completed my secondary education at the age of 16 due to early school admission.
Regarding the request for a supporting letter from my school, I would like to clarify that my former school has permanently closed because of the war, making it impossible to obtain a new letter from them at this time. I have already provided the best possible official evidence through the sworn declaration.
Could you please kindly review the submitted affidavit again, or advise if there is any other acceptable alternative to verify this information given the closure of my school?
