Dear EMGS Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to kindly request an urgent update regarding my VAL amendment process related to my passport correction.

My flight is scheduled for 25 May, and I am extremely concerned as I cannot afford to book another ticket if the process gets delayed further. I understand that verification procedures are necessary, and I truly appreciate your efforts, but I would be very grateful if my application could be reviewed and processed at the earliest possible time.

Please also let me know if any additional documents or actions are required from my side to avoid further delays.

  Kindly be informed that we received the application for VAL amendment on 14th May 2026. We are currently in the midst of processing your application. Kindly note that, the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Any updates will be notified to the institution accordingly.

    But can I expect it to be completed before 25 as it’s a serious problem for me.
