Good morning. It’s been more than 3 months now that my application has been stuck at 35% (with the immigration for VAL). About a month ago, i wrote to you, complaining about the same issue and you replied to help in expediting the process. However, the result is still the same, 35% since February 13th. I implore you to kindly look into this and help in whatever way you can. My passport number is B04387715. Thank you.
