My name is Zheng Hanwen, my passport number is EJ4026982, and my EMGS reference number is #########

I am writing to kindly follow up on the progress of my application. All required documents, including the JPT official letter, supporting letter have been submitted by my institution UCSI. I understand that my application is now pending your review to reach the 45% approval stage, which is required before I can apply for the Special Pass. Passing 16th this month will charge me another 1000RM fine as rules said, could you please help speed up the process to help me to avoid this.
