I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding my application which is currently showing as pending due to a missing photograph. I would like to inform you that I have now successfully uploaded the required photo.

I kindly request you to review my application and proceed with the processing at your earliest convenience. I would greatly appreciate your support in moving my file forward as soon as possible.

Please let me know if any further information or documents are required from my side.

  Kindly be informed that we require the institution to submit a new photo to EMGS. As such, kindly liaise with the institution and request them to submit for us to resume the process.

  I have already taken a new photo and submitted it. I spoke with them, and they confirmed that they have uploaded it as well.
