Dear Emgs,
I hope you are doing well. I would like to enquire about the current status of my passport verification process, which has reached 80% but has not progressed further for some time. The completion of this process is very important for me to proceed with my travel and return home at the earliest. I am currently staying here alone, while those who arrived with me have already returned or will be leaving soon, making the situation more difficult for me. My passport number is W3609302, and I kindly request you to look into my case and, if possible, help expedite the remaining process. Your support and understanding would mean a great deal to me.

  Hi Jisna Johnson,
  
  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for a Student Pass sticker endorsement. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process, as it is still within the processing agreement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on the 08th April 2026.
