Submission of Required Document for EMGS (#########)

We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with this application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to this passport number (Reference no: ). The institute is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled.

This issue is possibly related to your previous institution of study. Kindly contact your former institution to verify the status of your previous pass application and request that they cancel it immediately if it is still active in the system.

  Please be informed that we have notifed the application issue to the institution for further action. Based on our record, your institution has submitted a cancellation application to cancel the active pass. However, the application is pending due to the submission of the latest exit stamp for further processing. Kindly liaise with your institution for further clarification on this matter.
