Dear EMGS Officer，

My name is WANG YAKE, a student at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), holding passport number EC3694536.

I submitted my student visa renewal documents on 19 March 2026. However, when I check the application status on the EMGS system, it still shows: “There was no record found for the details provided.”

I would like to kindly request your assistance in verifying whether my application has been received and processed, or if there is any issue with my submission.

  There is no record for the renewal application under your passport number. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further checking on this matter.
