Hello EMGS Team,

I have applied EMGS for an online distance learning program at UTM. My classes have already started, but my application is currently stuck at 15% under document checking. Due to this delay, I am unable to begin my classes.

This is quite urgent, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could expedite the process and help complete it within March.
