Hi – I emailed the enquiry team yesterday and did not receive any response. I also called emgs to let them know that I have emailed my additional documents yesterday (August 5th) but haven’t received a case number yet. They said to wait for this week – but kindly check your system and let me know if you received the additional docs email YESTERDAY from my email id
