I am writing to kindly follow up regarding my medical screening, which I completed at Qualitas Clinic on 21st July 2025. The clinic claims that the result had already been submitted to EMGS. However, I have noticed that my application status on the EMGS portal is still reflecting 70%, indicating that the medical results have not yet been uploaded.

I would be sincerely grateful if you could assist in updating the status to 80% at your earliest convenience, as I am unable to proceed with the passport submission for my student pass sticker until this is done.

I humbly request your support in expediting this process so that I may complete the necessary formalities in a timely manner.

  Kindly be informed that we have notified the institution to submit the student passport to EMGS for student pass issuance process. As such. Kindly lease with the institution for the passport submission.
